The dry breeze, known there as "Meltem", rushes with breathtaking speed over Greece and Turkey about the azure blue sky. The first blowing of the wind comes icy-cool. Powerful and clear it carries the fruity aromatic notes of lavender, thyme and pears over the raging sea. The scent creates a unique sea water flavor, which is obtained by the distillation of Pacific algae. The dry, mineral aspect becomes well balanced by gentle woods and moss in the base.
