This journey was not about creating a realistic reconstruction but rather about expressing a transient artistic vision, knowing that my perspectives on raw materials can evolve over time. Unspoken Musk is my artistic interpretation of musk, delving beyond the natural essence to explore the myriad possibilities offered by synthetic musks in perfumery. These synthetic variants range from "clean" musks evoking laundry-fresh scents, which lack artistic depth, to "dirty" musks that push boundaries and offer intriguing interpretations. In Unspoken Musk, I aimed to capture the essence of musk as it exists in my imagination, enriched by memories, inspirations, and readings about this legendary ingredient that has fascinated humanity for centuries. This fragrance is a fusion of fantasy and symbolism, embodying qualities like humanity, gentleness, intensity, and passion. It's a journey through layers of bergamot's citrusy freshness, immortelle's floral sweetness, magnolia's delicate allure, and iris butter's creamy richness. The heart of the fragrance is the musk, intertwined with notes of castoreum and civet, adding depth and sensuality. Patchouli, sandalwood, cypriol, and vanilla form a warm and enveloping base, while tonka bean adds a touch of sweetness and harmony.
